I luv the merchandise. But where is the pen. Pls ck the make sure the order is complete. Also ck the mailing address. It had the wrong apartment #. My Leasing Representative gave it to me.

This is a great case, was relatively easy to install. No real instructions but not too hard to figure out. Just make sure your phone is 100% clean before installing it. Make sure you press on the front glass solid. I did notice It wasn't tight on there initially and i was getting a little glitching on the touch sensitivity on the phone. Occasionally if the sun is out and my phone gets a little warm there is some glitching between the front glass and the screen which it doesn't register me hitting the right place on the screen then kind of does its own thing for a second or two. If it weren't for that I would give it 5 stars. Everything else is perfect.With that said, I accept this downfall in the design over the benefits of the case and all the protection it offers and the S-Pen holder. This is definitely a superior case and the glitch happens maybe 2% of the time. The positives definitely outweigh that negative.

Already falling apart and it's just 1 week. Finger prints reads. Easy to hold. Made of cheap plastic. Not durableSeller responded to my complain and shipped me a new case at no cost to me. Just installed on my phone today. Hopefully this one works. I added one more star to my review because the replacement sent to me by the seller has actually lasted almost 2 weeks and survived 2 falls.

I am unsure of the durability as I have not dropped my phone yet thankfully. But, I do love this case so far!

Fits well on the Fold3 but one drop and the front protector cracked and split. The drop was less than 2 ft. As durable as it looks, it's a bit misleading.

It is a good case but the front screen protector is very hard to install without it having something fall under it. Using it with front from another cover and it became the best cover I've used.**3 weeks update** I have lost my s-pen due to this case. The velcro didn't hold well. I'm very upset at losing the pen. Absolutely rubbish
