I found this book to be very interesting and the way of eating makes sense. Would highly recommend for anybody with thyroid problems

You will have a heart attack every five minutes as this crook assures us that we are all going to get leaky bloody gut etc etc etc......and some kind of auto-immune Mega Crisis -so, rip up your carpets, and buy New Age and alternative products that break the bank. She's bad. My doctor is a genius, involved in medical conferences and research, and has over 15 years of study under her belt in biology/medicine/obstetrics ... and volunteers constantly ... she said "This is not a good/scientific/honest doctor. I will not answer another question. Give up on her. And cheap table salt - which is iodized - will help your thyroid, that might be all you need." Do the net - she gets the same reviews everywhere - she hurt folks.
