Great customer service!
I have had this product installed for 9 months (had it professionally installed for 10 months. The shower head is wonderful! The finish is beautiful and resistant to water spots. My handheld wand did break 9 months in but the seller rectified that quite quickly! I am a happy customer!

Very nice for the price
The look is great. The features are nice as well. The rain head shower is great. The biggest problem is the diverter valve is backwards. Not the end of the world but…. And yes I double checked that the plumbing was all correct

I installed this in a custom shower build and the paint is already coming off of it in less than 8 months of use. I have no way of contacting anyone for warranty or replacement.

Hand wand is strong!
Love but have to be careful with hand wand or you’ll soak ceiling!

The valve came reversed
The valve came reversed defective because the hot water comes out where it says cold and the cold water comes out where it says hot. Also the top shower valve and hand valve are reversed.Overall I’m really happy with this product and have not had any problems. Looks athletically pleasing.

Form over function, keep looking
PROS: Aesthetically pleasing; Shower head water pressure is great; Love dual function on hand shower.CONS: However, I wish I had purchased a recognized brand with a thermostatic valve to avoid possible scalding, and with a service stop on the shower valve to avoid having to shutoff main water supply when need to repair arises.Overall, I would not recommend this system due to those flaws.
