Trophy Ridge Fix Series Sight

Bought a used sight and it came pretty much brand new without the packaging. It's a little heavier than I thought but its a nice sight with features I need. My bow is slower and I dont need a bunch of pins. For $55, I got a steal.

Installed this sight on a Mathews TRX 38 (gen 1); and it is working absolutely incredible! The on-board adjustment tool is extremely useful especially at initial set-up; and for slight adjustments during windy conditions. With the insane brightness , the simplicity of use, and to be honest, it just looks great; I’m about to purchase my second unit to put on my son’s Mission Radik. I highly recommend this sight!

I got this sight because it’s such a great value. I didn’t want to have to deal with sight tapes on a single pin, or pay the extra $ for the react technology. This sight is very well built. Everything is solid and functions smoothly. The pins are very bright in ambient light. Unlike many other reviews, my light worked perfectly out of the box. There are little stickers you have to remove from the batteries. Mine also came with mounting screws which others have said were missing. Instructions are limited to a few graphics showing you how to switch the sight for left handed shooters. However, anyone who has ever touched a bow sight won’t have any trouble operating this one. I would like to add that the ring around the sight is yellow on mine, which is actually what I was hoping because green doesn’t really go well with my bow. Having the onboard adjustment tool combined with micro adjustment wheels (no clicks) and how smoothly everything operates, I have no doubt it will be a breeze to sight in.

I wanted the sight ring to be green to match the rest of my bow but when it came in it was the old stock with the yellow sight ring. Other than that it seems well made. Have not installed it yet.

I read a review that said “if it cost twice as much, I’d still buy it.” DEFINITELY!! Off with the old, put new one on with similar mounting distance… adjusted couple times for 20 pin… bam, within 3-4” shot group for 30 & 40 after further adjustment. Love the included tool and notch marks. I’m shoting a Bowtech amplify at 70#. After peep size adjustment and fine tuning at local shop I am hitting diner plate size groupings at 50 & 60. Even compared to top end sights I’ve shot in the past this is great purchase for the normal budget hunting Americans to get best bang for our “buck”.. (ha, ha, ha)

I was recommended this bow sight by a friend and I can say honestly it might have been one of the best decisions I have made. The installation of the sight is pretty standard. The pins glow so bright that the first time that I used it I thought that the light was on. I was blown away! My absolute favorite thing about this sight is the mirco adjustments that you can do with it. It definitely helped improved my accuracy. After using it for hundreds of shots, the pins stay true in the positions they were set at. The included tool that is stored on the bow sight is so nice too. It is so nice not having to carry an additional tool with you if you need to make adjustments. I would highly recommend this bow sight to anyone.
