Catchmaster Giant Sticky Fly Trap - 3 Pack

This fly trap was bought for a meat chicken pen. If you’ve never raised broilers then you won’t get it but wow they stink. The adhesive is more than sticky enough trapping loads of flies who are drawn in by the smell. The roll makes it super easy to rip off the tape that is full and roll out however much you’d like. It is helping keep the chicken pen fly free during this heat when the flies live and love the stink! Less disease and irritating bugs! Will work great around cattle areas as well….. it’s a great option for livestock!!

So I moved to the suburbs. Everything is nice and well kept, but this is a flypocalypse. I like to grill and my wife likes to read outside. Can't do that unless we want a zillion flies landing on us to say hi and spread some germs.This product came in the mail today. I watch a youtube video where a rancher figured out how to best use it. I wrapped the fly paper around a bucket and put some on my grill. Once the sun started shining, the flies were doing their normal hellos, but there are no goodbyes. They literally stick their last landing. Waka waka waka!!!Everyone's backyard is a fly super highway. I don't want to attract more than my fair share, and this seems to be doing that. Before I was using on of those death jar traps. I think it called all flies in the state of Texas and few from Oklahoma. It smelled like the devil's dirty clothes hamper and caught a few good guys. (never thought I'd spend so much time saving a lizard).I bet you that about 200 flies will be caught today. I don't put it on the ground because I don't want to catch any good guys. A few unlucky souls have already joined the flies, but you can't make an omlette without cracking some eggs.Buy this. It works.

I ordered the 3 pack for our barn and garage. It doesn’t seem as “sticky” as the last brand I got . I normally tear off long sheets and fold them on the walls . The previous paper did just fine staying up. This one, I’ve had to constantly replace because it keeps falling.But, it does a decent job on catching the flies.

We get cluster flies every fall, along with Asian beetles. This is the time of year when I have these hanging from the rafters in the sheds and the barn. The doors are usually closed now but these catch everything that gets in. They work best in still conditions, however, I fold up the bottom edge, non-sticky side to non-sticky side, duct tape the ends closed to form a "pocket", lay a piece of aluminum bar in the "pocket", or whatever I have for a little weight, and that helps to keep it from tangling onto itself when the doors are open and it gets breezy. Even with spraying buildings, it's amazing the number of flies these traps get...
