Artek

A Reading the Paranormal Review
A frontier-style world with some frontier-style humans and the aliens who are trying to build a new life for themselves after surviving a war. Artek and his brothers in arms came to this planet to heal and forget what they'd been through, but now they're starting to think of making more of a life for themselves. The lady Artek has his eye on is Nelly. She's human, a little closed off thanks to a bad experience in her past, and Artek is drawn to her. Big time. So when the idea of taking a wife comes up, she's the only one he considers.Fortunately for him, Nelly isn't as close-minded as some of the others in town. She likes the big, blue alien and accepts his proposal pretty readily when he asks. The downside? The house the men have been living in is a little run down and those men are...not all that great with household chores. Like cooking. And cleaning. They have the handyman and construction side of things down pat, but they've been living rough for a while and it takes Nelly prodding them along to whip the house and grounds into something fit for them to be proud of.A little misunderstanding or two, a former commander who has a hard time letting people in, a sassy woman who woos the men with her cooking, and a group of soldiers who are ready to start fresh. I'm ready for Benjar! Bring him on!-Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal

Seven Brides for Seven Alien Brothers Artek following Seven Brides for Seven Brothers premise!
This was a wonderful start to a new series by Honey Phillips! It was about Artek instead of Adam following in love with Nelly instead of Milly! Honey Phillips is one of my favorite authors & this is another fun book! I strongly recommend it!

A fun retelling of a favorite musical.
I loved "Artek." I enjoyed anticipating the musical story and wondered what of the original story would be incorporated and when. Sweet, fun, cozy romance. Eager for the rest of the series to be released.
