2020 4x4 sprinterThe bumper is solid. For those of you crying about the parking sensor, get a clue, it's bumper, it's going to happen. They offer a relocation kit for those who would like to fix that issue. The good news, you have full visibility if you have a front camera.They give you 2 Allen keys for installation. What would have been nice...ditch the Allen keys because most of us have Allen keys. Made a proper wrench for those of us that have a diesel engine(majority) and included a thin 18mm wrench. There's no space to tighten once the bumper is installed. Having to grind a wrench down so that you have access is a pity. This is the passenger side for the turbo cooler. I believe a child welded the bumper together. It's a shame with this day and they didn't have robot/machine w/ CNC make the welds.The installation video varies from the instructions. I would follow both. I used the larger spacers on the number and the thinner spaces under the vehicle on the brace.

the bumper was used and already has a big dent in it. to return the item you have to pay for the shipping back. not worth the time or money.

I like the overall design of these bumpers but unfortunately I have purchased two different models now and neither of them have worked for my 2023 Sprinter. The first purchase was actually a mistake because it was for the Ford Transit, yet every photo showcased the Mercedes Sprinter in the description.The second purchase was for the Sprinter, but unfortunately the design for the 2023 Sprinters has a redesigned front end. I have both ready to ship back but these are not something you can simply go drop off at Whole Foods, so I’m hopeful that the company will provide some insight on next steps for the returns.
