Do not buy and get cheated by the catchy tag lines and false promises.
DO NOT BUY this product. Go for some other brands which are cheaper than this and better. They say free installation and ducting kit when you purchase, but charge you 2000/- INR for installation. Ducting kit was not provided as part of the package despite it was part of the deal.Some initial observations:1. Do not fall prey for free installation and ducting kit, which is not the case. You need to shell additional amount for installation.2. They call this model QUITE PRO, which is a false claim. It makes noise similar to any other ordinary chimney.3. Flap doesn't close properly, observe the above image carefully. It closes on one end and not on other end. Installation person washed his hands off by telling that's how it is.4. No support from Amazon or the brand regarding free installation and ducting kit. Both of them will redirect to each other without any solution. You'll end up just talking to customer care but will never find any resolution .

Awesome product and good technical support
I am writing this review after using. Chimney is excellent and very less noise. I loved this product very much. One can go for it without second thought. Installation person explained the usage in very understanding way and good technical support. Loved this product.

Never buy this chimney
Worst product, it sounds a lot. Move rover you would need to clean your chimney every year which would cost 2300 . For the service you Ned to wait for at least one month after many follow ups they would visit. Not worth of one star
