Strong Long Lasting: Not for sensitive skin / man-made fibres / Dissolves Plastics..
Lifesystems insect repellent products containg DEET are always my first choice. As this particular product is maxium strength care must be taken if you have sensitive skin and around teh face. I have used this product in the amazon rainforest (peru) and at the riverside in UK. Repells a wide range of insects including the pesky biting houseflys present in the UK. I mainly use when I am around water and seems to work for the well for between 6-8 hours depending on the level of pespiration (can sting if used close to the eyes, travels with perspiration so be careful), so i personally only use on the lower half of the face and Upper Neck opting for a lower strength cream based product for the forehead and around the eyes. The cream is also easier to apply to these areas. Can be used on cotton-based clothing as well: not to be used on plastics / man-made fibres as well dissolve these items.Excellant delivery service received in 48 hrs.

Fend off mozzies
This is a very strong product, I used it everyday in Africa for two weeks and believe it or not I didn't even see one single mozzies in a highly labelled red zone mozzies area, smell of the product was very strong even the locals could detect the repellent, like how we detect the brand of perfume people put on. I used it to apply on my face, hands, neck and ankles. You have to keep the product tightly seal as it can bleach almost everything, it actually melts my backpack causing the waterproof rubbery layer to come off. Having say that but keeping your life safe is the most important thing.

Keeps the bugs away
I bought this as was travelling to the Caribbean with cabin luggage so was restricted with volume so this 50ml bottle was ideal.I tend to use a different well known brand as I am a complete magnet to flying bloodsuckers - I've had mosquito bites on every inch of me I'm pretty sure!Anyway, I took this with me and sprayed it on when mosquitoes were known to be an issue and got no bites whatsoever unlike others who found themselves the target for a change.Would definitely purchase again

Excellent 5 *****
This stuff really works. I'm a mosquito magnet but with this on I don't get bitten, even in the Philippine jungle. I also used it while backpacking in S.E Asia for a year. But be careful .........1) the liquid can melt plastic2) it's very strong smelling and can sting sensitive skinAdvice .......1) take a cotton handkerchief2) take a cotton flannelThen .......1) spray liquid onto cotton handkerchief, then dab onto cotton clothing and exposed skin (ankles, legs, wrists, hands, neck, ears & forehead etc)2) wrap bottle in cotton handkerchief and then wrap in cotton flannel to prevent contact with backpack, suitcase, plastic items

Good protection and no issues with sensitive skin
Worked really well on the areas where I sprayed it. Still bitten on the areas where I didn't spray.I was a bit worried about this product as I have sensitive skin and eczema - but I didn't find I had any reaction at all to the product.Worked really well in the Amazon jungle at fending off all the bugs - put it on under clothing as well, as they will bite through trousers and shirts.Bottle was solid and didn't leak at all.

Lifesystems Expedition.
When I received this the contents were already spilling out so I had already lost some of it. Unfortunately I was still ravaged by sandflies. Used it in Jamaica.

I bought Lifesystems to use while on holiday in Cuba ...
I bought Lifesystems to use while on holiday in Cuba. Cayo Coco where we stayed was badly infected with mosquitoes and despite following the instructions to the letter I was still bitten. No doubt if I had not sprayed myself I would have been bitten far more badly.
