Hello. This will be my final of three reviews. Please see the below review for full background.TLDR; Purchased-probably had faulty clip piece-left review-NoCry team reached out like no other company has to check in-second try helmet works great and actually better than expected-very happy.TLWR; OK, first I want to say again how exceptional the NoCry customer service team is. After leaving an honest review about unfortunately only being able to use my helmet for a short time, they reached out to make everything right, and I a) can't believe a company in this day and age would do so, and b) have had my expectations exceeded.If you're looking at this picture, it's a before pic from a day of heavy duty use and cutting. But before and after look identical (my hands and arms are a different story).Please note, I beat the heck out of this thing: small trees falling on my head, rushing through head first through tree limbs, I hit the helmet hard on a small corner of a low structure. Did I mention trees falling on my head? (OK, I did want to put this through the wringer, and a couple of those trees may have been my not paying total attention at the time ((kids, don't try this at home)) but all's well that ends well and all in a day's work).I'm honestly glad NoCry reached out to check in because the product is solid. I'm going to pick up some other items from the company I need, because aside from this helmet being solid, it's a huge relief knowing if there's anything wrong, I can reach out to people who actually care.Again, Taylor has been invaluable in assisting me with everything. Give that man a raise. Other than that, ask me anything about the helmet. If it can make it through a day with me, it can make it through a lifetime for you.---After leaving a review regarding what seemed like a faulty piece, the company has been actually amazing at checking in, following up and attempting to make everything right. I’m actually very impressed with their customer service; what I value most in a company besides the actual product.I’m giving this another try in good faith, hoping and trust all will go well. Special shout out to Taylor from NoCry who’s been on top of everything and exceptionally responsive. A+.I’m revising my review to 4 stars and will adjust again accordingly when I receive the replacement and give it a proper go. Because of the experience I’ve had with customer service and how strongly they believe in the product, I feel optimistic and suspect the faulty part may have been a fluke thing.Until next time.

Purchased as a gift. My friend really appreciated the quality of the protective helmet. He often uses a chain saw.

Works as it should

I have been wearing safety glasses and hearing protection for my chainsaw and also my line trimmer. The safety glasses fog up, frustrating, and even worse, the glasses cause a lot of pain after more than a few minutes with the hearing protection pressing them into my skull. This combo is perfect, no fog, no pain!

Easy to assemble and use. As good as one I have that cost over twice as much

Using this for mowing. And the clear face shield is better than I thought. Hearing protection is very good.

This is awesome. I use it when I am using my larger trimmer blades. This protects my face from the flying debris( which hurts when it hits you). Also saves my RX Glasses from being damaged.Easy to put together. Works perfectly.

really like this helmet and muff combo. Im not a tree pro, but use my saw a lot.. This seems to be perfect for me. and my earpods fit under the muffs so I can hear my tunes while I saw.
