After 60 nightly treatments and daily De 3 capsules my Dry Eyes are anything but DRYAfter boiling to reset the gel packets and to avoid the Reactivation of the pak, carefully limit movement of the gel pacs to avoid premature setting up for the next treatment

Seem to help eyes, but the heat also dries out my mouth from heat radiating out (have dry mouth). Also kind of a pain to use in that you have to go thru these steps and wait 30 minutes before using and I prefer something quicker. Will keep for eye relief but no promise of replacing in future

I had a dry eye problem and saw a dry eye specialist, she suggest I get Tranquileyes XL. I use it for three weeks three times a day, that did the job. I'm sure they're other eye problems that Tranquileyes can be use for.

I like that a netted bag was included for air dying the foam insert. Also great ate the gull insert for cold or hot applications. A clear warning was included to not microwave the gel inserts.

My only complaint is that I have a huge head and at loosest they are still a bit snug on me. Luckily the googles are so soft the discomfort was minor and I quickly got used to them. Few people would have an issue with it. Giant head.

does not stay hot - does not work at all as advertised - very disappointing

These are inconvenient to keep clean, and they require refills. I returned them and bought a different kind.
