I like the entire line. These dishes are pricey but you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend.

Fantastic
This is actually the 2nd piece of Emile Henry bakeware I have purchased. I love to make Focaccia bread and this EH focaccia pan did not disappoint. The bread was delicately crisp on the top and the bottom was evenly brown and wonderful. Didn't stick at all !Excellent product. It always bakes everything evenly and to perfection. I will be adding more to my EH collection soon. IF YOU LOVE TO BAKE YOU MUST TRY THEIR PRODUCTS!

If you enjoy baking, don’t hesitate to buy this focaccia pan. It had a even bake, the crust was crispy and easy to make focaccia bread following the recipe from the manual it came with

Beautiful and Perfect
I purchased this specifically for making bread. It’s dream and I made a perfect forcaccia using the recipe that came with the bakeware. I also bought a loaf pan.

Tired of yucky sheet pans!
I didn’t purchase this to make focaccia. I bought it to sub for a sheet pan to roast chicken, veggies, oven baked fish & chips, clams casino… works beautifully and clean up is a breeze. Not yucky anymore!
