This is one of the most effective vitamin B complexes I have ever had. I feel more energetic and happier than I was feeling for a long time. Have only been using these for a few weeks, so cannot leave a thorough review, but will update soon.First impressions- smell foul, taste foul, but when taken with some fresh orange you don’t notice it as much. Easy to swallow.Not noticed any positive side effects yet, but it’s early days. I’m also iron deficient so might not benefit properly until this is resolved. Initially, I noticed irritability and anxiety during the night. I read that this is because some B vitamins are stimulating, so I stopped taking them on an evening and changed to a morning, and this has helped. Also taking vitamin D and ferrous fumarate. Will update once the iron deficiency is resolved so any true benefits can be noticed.
