Cacao Barry Amber Cocoa Powder Extra Brute 1kg

Great product, currently using it to prepare gelato, panna cotta, sauces and baking. It’s miles above any other store product, for a good price too.

Delicious cocoa powder. I use it nightly with Oatly oat milk and a few squirts of 1883 Salted Caramel. Not the cheapest but worth it in my eyes.

I’ve only had cocoa powders from the shops and as a new hobby baker this one pops up a bit, and also being Jane Patisseries recommendation. It’s delicious, I really notice the taste difference and it came free delivery 2 days before expected :)

Honestly, this cocoa powder is divine, it’s the colour of the deepest seduction of espresso hue I’ve ever seen. So granular I use it to dust my fiancé to sleep. If I could I’d buy it by the tonne. Sublime.

This is the best cocoa powder for baking purposes, rich deep chocolate flavour. Just wish it wasn’t sooo expensive, but I guess it’s like they say “you get what you pay for”. Tried other slightly cheaper ones, but could really taste the difference in chocolate cakes.

Excellent quality and value.It is alkalised ("Dutch processed") and has acidity regulator E501 (Potassium Carbonate).I actually wanted true 100% cocoa but I will happily get through this 1kg bag before buying powdered Cacao.

Strong and fragrant, excellent for baking. Good investment if you like cocoa.

It's shame the price has increased since the rebrand. But this is by far the best cocoa powder ever
