I purchased the Airuida fixture to replace my old bathroom sink fucet. And this new faucet exceeded my expectations.First, it came well protected, neatly packed in a profiled foam. Nothing was missing, or out of place.Second, the unit came with color-coded hot and cold water connections, carefully engineered for watertight connections when mounting in the base of the unit.Third, the package contained a specially-long nut driver; no more that usual struggle when trying to figure out how to use a wrench in a tight space, when stabilizing the faucet underneath of the sink.Fourth, the unit's surface is so well finished, that I couldn't find how to remove the filter/strainer, should it ever get clogged. I even contacted the company. And to my surprise, they quickly responded. And yes, you just unscrew the head and the filter comes out, if needed.And lastly, the company provides a lifetime warranty.I was so impressed with the easy of installation and the operation, that i already bought two more Aruida faucets to update other sinks in my house.

Need this to replace a leaking faucet behind my bar. Product is very solid and the installation was very straight forward. Very good product for the price, and looks great.

Love the look of this faucet, it was very easy to install. I ordered 2…one was perfect, one had a small leek. The seller was very responsive and sent a new faucet. The new one is perfect!I would buy again!

EDIT: The manufacture reached out to me and sent me new lines. They are the same as the other ones and the quality is about the same. 5 Stars for customer service, 4 stars for the actual faucet.I guess you get what you pay for with this. We were looking for a new faucet for our bathroom and this fit our design perfectly. I am a handyman so the installation of this was a breeze. This included everything that you needed to install even a special wrench to tighten the faucet. The supply lines are very fragile and will probably need to be replaced in the future which might be a problem since they are not standard lines that are sold at any local store. They kink when you turn the nut at the end and even bend. The actual faucet itself was really nice and the brush nickel matches our other finishes so that's why I gave it 3 stars.

The product was affordable, easy to install, received all necessary parts and very helpful and prompt assistance to all our questions with courteous email responses. Would highly recommend purchasing this product. Excellent customer service.

First off, it clearly works fine for one whole sinks, that would not require any cover plate over the extra wholes. But I’m only leaving one star, because it advertised and had the cover for a 3 hole sink. Yet it doesn’t tighten down completely the same with it that it does without it.When using the three hole sink cover plate. It is impossible to tighten down the faucet, enough to stop the entire assembly from spinning. The plate bends downwards creating a bad dip in the cover. The only thing preventing this is a foam pad.After bending the plate back into shape. I added an electrical box nut that was the approximate size to fill this space. I had to cut the foam out a little to account for the added spacer. Then I was able to tighten the entire assembly, enough to keep the handle from spinning around as well.I purchased two of these to do at the same time. So, neither box or instructions had any spacer. Nor is there any place in the foam for any such spacer.I cannot believe this design made it into production.I would have just returned it, but I got to a point that I was too determined to make it work.It was a terrible experience.
