No, you will need to experiment with timings. I only use my Sistema for cooking vegetables, and have found that cooking 3 different vegs the time takes about 15-20 mins depending how well you like your veggies done. You need to try it and see. I'm glad I bought mine.

Q: Hi. Can you tell me the width and height of the inside tray, please? I'm interested in the 3.2L box for drying cheeses that have a 11.5 cm diameter.

The tray has a spike in the middle and this would prevent your cheeses from lying flat. I measured it and the max diameter would be 10.5 cm

Hi Jane, we didn't have much luck using the instructions which came with the steamer. However, when I use the cooking instructions which came with my microwave (1000 watts) I get fantastic fluffy rice, I also find that any leftover remain fluffy.I cook 250g of basmati rice with 550ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. The rice needs to be stirred halfway through cooking. Good Luck!

i don't remember the instruction book, but it is really very simple to use it. chicken breast? sure you can. i live in Italy and we Always use olive oil in our food. so, when you put water inside for the steaming, then add also some drops of good oil and some salt on the chicken, so it will be softer and really good. go ahead and....buon appetito!
