Fantastic product
These are fantastic as a vegan I take these everyday and have been for several years now. Had blood test from doctor a couple of months ago and my B12 levels were what my doctor described as “ideal” I reorder these all the time

Easy to take and increasing energy levels!
Really happy with this supplement. Solgar is a brand that I trust providing high quality vitamins. I had read that methylated b12 is the superior formula as is absorbed better by the body.I just pop a tiny tablet under my tongue and it dissolves within a few minutes. Doesn’t really have much of taste.I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now as my b12 levels were borderline at a recent blood test. I can say I am less lethargic. Another bonus has been for my nails. My nails are usually very brittle and literally do not grow. There has been a massive improvement in my nails and this has been such a bonus for me!When this bottle finishes I am going to move onto a b-complex as I am also deficient in folate.

A Good Brand, Apparently
This is a brand recommended to me by our local health food shop, my doctor reckons I need 50mcg of B12 to complement my vegan diet, after a blood test revealed that I need them and these are close enough at 100mcg, I think.

Love these
I have been using these for a few years now and the new formula has been greatly improved.It fully dissolves under your tongue now, whereas before you sort of had to chew the tablet in the end as it wouldn’t fully dissolve.The taste is great too.Vitamin B12 can’t be digested, so normal tablets won’t cut it - simple as that. So you either need B12 injections or you can try the sublingual ones such as these ones.I highly recommend this product.

Vitamin B12 is good to keep up with, especially if you don’t eat much or any red meat. Easy to use tablets.
