I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 8 years, and the majority of my clientele are men with thick course hair. I also have a lot of bald fade clients. I used Wahl for years and felt like I was constantly sending my clippers in for maintenance or needing to replace the blades. I was dropping hundreds of dollars a year on clipper maintenance of replacing my clippers entirely. One day my Wahl set had just decided it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I was in need to a new pair of clippers and trimmers by my next shift, so in a pinch I checked Amazon same day delivery for a decent pair.I figured for the price, and the reviews, they would be good enough to last me until I could send my Wahl clippers in for repair. These clippers well exceeded my expectations!I have had this set for roughly 5 months. The clippers in this set cut closer to the skin then my almost $200 pair of wahl clippers, the battery charged faster and holds a charge longer, I love that they have a display screen so I know how much charge is left, they are a nice weight (not too heavy but not too light either), they aren’t too loud (important when working on children or individuals with sensory problems), the guards are nice and secure, they also make it super easy to blend a fade.The trimmers are also great. I love the T shaped blade, they cut extremely close to the skin, battery life is also great on these, quiet, lightweight but still feel sturdy. These are so much better then my Wahl Mag Trimmer.The only dislikes I have is that I wish the chargers were not USB chargers, and had a wall plug in. Which is minor, I just ended up buying the charger ports for the wall separately. I also wish that this set came with a 6 and 8 guard, which again, minor, and if you are a professional odds are you have an abundance of guards.Also usually by now I’d be replacing my blades on my clippers and trimmers, but this set is still as sharp as the day I got them! Also I did not need to do any adjustments to the blades upon receiving them. I highly recommend this set whether you are a professional or just for personal use. They compare to the higher priced professional brands (if not better). I’ve already gotten one of the other stylists in my salon to purchase a set, and I plan to order another set to have at home.

I absolutely love this hair trimmer! We've been using it for about 6 months (around 6 times) and the battery is still at 80%. It glides effortlessly through my husband's very thick and coarse hair. While it is more expensive than our previous trimmer (Wahl), the Suprent Pro definitely delivers superior quality in every aspect.

This product includes a lot of items for an affordable price, but even for its price it feels very high quality, it has minimal noise, and the battery life is pretty decent. The only complaint for me is that it's a bit heavy and for a beginner barber it's quite difficult to hold, but that may be because I'm not used to holding barber equipment and just need to practice a bit more. Overall for the price of it, there are a lot of goods in this package and they're all high quality.

Great products and very well crafted. Not as sharp as I would think out the box but great experience when cutting the hair.

All I can say is amazing product, where have you been. Over the last few years, I’ve bought numerous trimmers and clippers, so I can ditch the razors. I believe I’ve finally got it. It even out performed my Wahl. I’ve even tried Hattekers, Remingtons, Phillips and Surpent Pro seems to have nailed it. It’s been less than a week, but so far, it’s low noise, cordless, strong, doesn’t hurt and the trimmers shave almost zero gap. They were low enough that I shouldn’t have to worry about my ingrown hairs. I was able to zero gap the clippers, which is a plus for me. I haven’t tried that on my face yet, but I did on my head and I love it. They didn’t cut me. It didn’t run hot, in fact it stayed cool to the touch. In maybe 5 minutes, it lost 2 percent battery with the clippers. The trimmers just have a blue light, so I’ll have to run it down and see what happens. Now I need to find a case for it to hold everything. If I run into any issues, I’ll update the review. For now, I’m thoroughly impressed.UPDATE:I've used the clipper set 8 times since they've arrived on the 6th, it is now the 21st. The battery is at 74 percent. Every time I used them, it's clippers on my head and trimmers for beard. I have not used razors since the 6th of February 2023. I used to shave every day for years with a razor and follow it with bump patrol even. I have over 30 years of experience with different razors, clippers and trimmers, trying to find the perfect one so I could save money on razors. This set is still by far the best I've used. For the clippers, I had to re-gap them to zero, it was my fault. I was slightly off, and the clipper cut a nice short line in my head. Only a flesh wound. Lesson learned. The clippers are zero gapped straight now and work perfectly. The trimmers are perfect how they are. I use them on the crease of the neck and down and on my face. I maintain a goatee and the trimmers do a great job of lining and cutting the rest of my face close. I oil them after every other use. I use a thicker brush to clean them. I never understood the flimsy brushes most clippers or trimmers come with. I used bump patrol once, when my zero gap was off. I no longer have ingrown hairs. Also, the clippers and trimmers don't get hot, they have stayed cool every time I shave. I hope this helps people trying to accomplish the same thing, ditch expensive razors and have a close shave or near close shave. Almost forgot, I got the Maoershan EVA Hard Case that was made for this set. It’s not molded, I wish it was, but it does fine for now, the clippers don’t slide around. I’m still looking for a molded case though.

I was honestly surprised by the quality of the product. It feels solid, has smooth trim, and it has a great battery life.I would love it if the charge port were a USB-C instead of the weird connector (which plugs into a regular USB anyways).... its just annoying to think about misplacing the cables.It would also be nice to have an option with extra clips, but you can find clips pretty easily online.So far, I Loved it!

the battery life is so good. easy to rechange. strong cutting and performs very well so far. great design and the look.

blade isnt sharp, doesnt cut evenly and not zero gap. overall still works.

Very well made machine, very quiet. Good heft makes it feel good in the hand. Cuts hair without pulling. It's my guess that it will last for the rest of my life.
