I have a few of these in my house now they really match in with the older painted wood doors of my 20s house. Really easy to install but you will need a few tools. A saw to trim the wood to the right width and something to cut the metal on the brush to length as well as a screw driver. If you have the patience you can make them look very tidy. I have countersunk the screws and filled over them then painted it up in situ so it looks naturally part of the door.While the wood feels a little thin and cheap out of the box once it's fitted against a door it feels really strong and sturdy.This seem to have really made a difference stopping draughts in my rooms that have solid floors.

Very easy to fit - just:- cut to length (you will need a wood saw and metal cutters; ensure to slide out the metal strip prior to trimming the wood),- stain, varnish or paint (if staining, note that this wood stains quite dark compared to both pine and oak; I am guessing this is because they are redwood)- screw to your door (no pre-drilling was necessary for pine and oak, just make sure to use a tight fitting screwdriver as the screw heads are quite soft and can be damaged easily).The only niggle for me is that the screws provided sit on top of the surface and they are steel coloured - I would have preferred them to be counter-sunk and brass coloured.Other than that it works perfectly.

We have a wide door with a big gap. Bought 2 of these to fit side by side and used a saw to cut down to size. Easy to do and stops the draught completely. Wood is easy to paint so as to match your door colour and visually it's very unobtrusive.

Perfect for draughts under doors so overall I'm very happy as it does what what it is intended for, but the reason I have given 4 starts for fitting is because it does require adjustment to the size of your door & this can be tricky. It fits with screws, which are included and is a bonus as you don't have to root around for a suitable sized screw. It doesn't look bad either & the wood strip could even by painted the same colour as your door to blend in even more. The overall package is worth the 5 stars.

The wood split where one predrilled hole was not correctly drilled. Shame as feels well made.

Good value for money. The quality is good and it was easy to fit to size.

Overall this product is roughly as you'd expect.Quality is nothing to rave about but will probably do the job, given that the price includes postage it is probably about fair value for money.The wood looks completely untreated which is good in a way because you may well want to paint it to match your door, equally it also means you will probably need/have to treat it whether you like it or not.I was hoping that the brushes might be angled in slightly but they are not so don't expect this product to seal a gap between two flat faces, it will only seal if you can make it reach all the way to the floor (as per the description to be fair). Not the end of the world but if doing the same as me you will probably need to add a strip of sticky-back foam on the lower surface to seal the gap which you may not want to do for aesthetic reasons.When you fit you will probably need to shorten by sawing a few inches off one end. The instructions recommend crimping the inner metal insert to stop the brush unravelling out of the end. I found no easy/obvious way to get a pair of plyers into the gap so instead I used the old seaman's trick of sealing the ends with a lighter to melt the plastic a little. This seams to have worked satisfactorily and is far easier. If it fails I will come back and edit my review but for now it looks like it will be ok.

With everything changing in the world it’s hard to get some products now. But this product is a good sturdy design and does the job perfectly I would highly recommend buying from this supplier because of the speedy delivery and the product speaks for its self

Baumärkten vergebens gesucht. Und hier über Amazon gleich gefunden. Leicht zu montieren und macht sich an einer Holztürbesser als so eine Kunststoffleiste. Und es ist dicht!Danke
