Does a simple job very simply at a crazy price
I have always hated having to turn my Tormek through 180 degrees between grinding the tool edge and then honing it - generally ends up with spilled water and cable in the way and interrupts ones flow.Two pieces of black plastic with a central spindle to make a turntable and a catch on two opposite sides. That's it. It is so stupidly helpful I can almost forgive the extortionate price.

Great add to my T8
Great add to my workbench as this makes turning from sharpening to honing extremely easy. This’d unit is very sturdy and easy to use and well worth the purchase. Only thing I wish was easier was to have a way to clean the water that collects without having to lift the T8 out every time.

Comme tous les accessoires Tormek cette base pivotante est chère. Mais elle est tellement pratique pour retourner facilement la machine et passer de la pierre au cuir. Pivote très bien. Ne nuit pas à la stabilité de la machine. Plastique souple comme il faut et qui ne casse pas.

dass Tormek auch beim Zubehör keine Kompromisse macht.Was man aber dann doch teuer bezahlen muss.Aber es gibt nichts besseres!
