Red Hawk LIFT-191 King Pin Camber Correction Kit Compatible with/Replacement for Club Car Tempo, Onward and Precedent Golf Carts

I couldn't find anything to correct the camber on my '03 Club Car DS so I decided to give this a try and see if I could make it work. It turns out this bracket is slightly skinnier and the leaf spring bolt is a smaller diameter size than what is on a Club Car DS. But I expected there to be a compatibility issue since my cart isn't listed as one this item would fit. The modifications I made were to trim the existing front leaf spring bushings and metal sleeve insert so the bracket would fit around them. I also cut a piece of 1/4 tubing in half length wise and inserted it into the metal sleeve to compensate for the thinner diameter bolt on this item. Worked like a charm and my golf cart's wheels are now straight again.

Easy to install, worked as advertised.

Added a1inch front spring lift block. That changed the geometry of king pin alinement with the spring and the shock. This product is 1 inch longer and has 3 attachment points to assure the kingpin is vertical and allows the proper camber on the wheels.

This was a very simple solution I wish I had know about earlier. No directions in the box and they are not symmetrical so my only hiccup was installing one side facing the wrong way. It was very noticeable and just a 2 minute fix to reverse it. Did a quick alignment and was sitting right and rolling right in under a half hour.

The kingpins worked as they should. They are reversible, so you can get the front wheels camber adjusted just about the right; of course, this is not perfect like a car, but the tires are correctly sitting on the road or grass and dirt wherever you’re using it for much better than the stock kingpins. highly recommend it, and they worked out great.
