Good case but some problems
The assembly was pretty straight forward, no problems. That was until I got to installing my OS to the M.2, I plugged in the USB bridge and it would not boot from the M.2 drive at all. I then used a second Pi and this time I used a USB A to USB A cable instead of the bridge and it works fine. A side note the reason I had to use a second pi is because after using the bridge the first pi no longer allows me to run a fresh OS. After I imaged the OS to a USB drive and plug it into my pi it tries to install and resize and then it will not reboot, it just freezes. Not really sure what happened but will look into it more. In other words do no use the bridge.

Raspberry Pi 4B Mini Tower Case with SSD
I own 2 Raspberry Pi 4B's and have used several cases along the way. By far, this is the very best case! Absolutely fantastic.

Insulate your USB connector
Whenever I put the SSD shield on the pi 4 the SSD drive would stop working. If they weren't connected together it worked fine (using an A to A USB cable). The problem was that the top of the USB connector, on the SSD shield, was shorting out solder pads on the pi when the two were sandwiched together. There needs to be more clearance between the two boards.I solved this by putting a couple of pieces of Captan tape on the USB connector to insulate it from touching the board. After that, it works fine. This is a poor design element and I'm not sure most people using this case would figure this out on their own. I'm also not sure what the LED cookie thing is for. I would rather that those LEDs were programmable from a script provided by the manufacturer. Now that I have everything working I'm happy enough with the case but it was far too painful to get to the finish.
