Chesapeake Bay CandleScented Candle Balance + Harmony (Water Lily Pear) Coffee Table Home Décor

Have ordered 2 of these candles - the Peace + Tranquility (white) and the Reflection + Clarity (light blue). Both were excellent, but the Peace + Tranquility definitely had a lighter aroma / more subtle than the Reflection + Clarity. Saw several reviews stating they couldn't smell the candle. There are 2 likely reasons - 1: if you have a large room/house that you want to smell the candle in, I highly recommend the coffee table jar, which has 3 wicks and smells much stronger than the single wick candles. However, since it has three wicks, it does burn through faster. I light mine every night for a couple of hours after dinner while I clean the kitchen and they each lasted about 2-3 weeks with nightly use. Secondly, it definitely seems to vary with the the fragrance type you use. The Peace + Tranquility is very light and fresh smelling, but not at all strong. The Reflection + Clarity is very strong and pleasant, it kind of smells like laundry detergent though (this can be a good or bad thing depending on how you feel about your laundry detergent!). I have a large house with high ceilings and you can smell the Reflection + Clarity everywhere after being lit 30 minutes or so. I like to use the R+C type of I make a very strong-smelling dinner (with lots of garlic or onions) where I want to refresh the house. I use the P+T when I just want a nice calm scent. I will definitely order again, but will probably try another couple of types since they seem to vary quite a bit...

The smell is quite strong and very relaxing I get it all the time it's perfect right before bed!!

I have had a few of these candles and have enjoyed every one of them. This one has a very strong scent, perfect for the use I bought it for. The price was decreased so I jumped on it before it went back up, so the price is right this time. These do seem to last longer than other candles, maybe the three wicks help with that. I will buy more of these, the package was a little sketchy, glad it wasn't broke when it came today. Update the candle did not work well, it was necessary to dig out wax to keep it going. Not buying another one.

Candles burn nicely and smell very good. Love the color of the jar. Very spa like. Nice in the bathroom too.

I’d never tried this brand before, opting for something different as my favorite brand seems to be diminishing in quality these days. And, I feel like this one is a bit steep for its overall longevity.The design is great, quality materials & aesthetically pleasing. But I feel like that is what I’m paying for- looks instead of function. The 3 wick feature is nice because it does burn evenly & consistently. But, it burns rather quickly. I’ve been using it approximately 4 hours each evening & it’s over halfway gone after a few days (approximately 24 total hours of burn time to reach the halfway mark). So, this isn’t going to last more than 48 hours, and that’s a bummer for the price tag attached.I love the smell, which is not overpowering. Very spa-like & pleasant, so you aren’t going to get strong whiffs of floral or fruit- it is very balanced, which lives up to it’s name. But, the scent doesn’t linger long or spread throughout to fill a room. I have a small studio & can’t smell it unless I’m on the same side of the room it’s burning. It does the trick, but not to the capacity I prefer.Overall I like the candle, look & scent. But I can’t justify the price for the longevity. This would make a nice gift, but I don’t see myself splurging on this for regular usage when there are other brands that emit more of a scent & burn twice as long. I could go without the fancy, frosted glass & wood topper (to be discarded, anyway- who actually puts the top back on between uses?!) if it meant more was put into the quality & longevity.

This candle is a fan favorite over many age groups and households. 20's, 30's and over all love this easy calming scent. I normally buy the tall pilar, but loved the look of this one. Happy scenting!

i do love the smell and the candle glass is pretty study too. But this candle doesn't have great longevity. You might up to 2 days tops of burn with it. Other 3 wicks that I have used give me at least 3 days of burn, and that's with relights up to maybe 3x a day after extinguishing.

I have four of these candles in the coffee table size. There was one review that said they don’t have a scent, and I think that person must have had covid or something, because these scents are very fragrant! The smell fills up my whole downstairs after a half hour.Rose water is my favorite scent. It really smells like actual roses and it’s so pleasant.Sea salt sage doesn’t smell like sage - burnt nor unburnt. It smells more like laundry detergent. My mom really likes it, so it’s still a pleasant smell, just not sage.Lemongrass eucalyptus smells alright but it reminds me too much of something you would spray in a bathroom at your workplace to be enjoyable. It smells like one of those poo-pouries sprays or a febreeze. But that smell is really pleasant to some people, so if you like febreeze then you’ll like this candle!! It just feels like it’s too fruity and synthetic to me personally.And finally, the cranberry dahlia. I really like this one! It’s very sweet and floral smelling, with a hint of tart.These are just MY opinions and everyone has different tastes and preferences! I prefer more natural earthy scents than the febreeze or laundry smells, so if that’s you too then I hope this is helpful!

I just got this candle along with a candle warming lamp. It's a great combination. The scent is great. It's subtle but very pleasant. I just added it to my subscribe and save and look forward to getting it every couple of months. Don't hesitate...try this candle.
