Very convenient. Easily recognized by my computer and has good firm sitting. At the same time, it is easy to remove. It is good to have two ports which allow two HDs the same time to interactions and transfers as needed.

Works great, I`ve backed up a lot of data with this and had no issues.I currently am using it as a back up drive for my computer andit`s working great.

I've tried several 2-bay docks and this is the only one that I have not returned. All the other docks I've tried suffered performance issues under sustained loads. The ORICO is the only one that didn't have this problem and I've put it under sustained load for several weeks.However, there is one feature that prevents me from giving this dock 5 stars - the power button. Unfortunately the power button on this dock is a "momentary" button and not a physical on/off switch. This means, if the dock temporarily loses power, it will not turn back on unless someone manually toggles the switch. Other than this issue, this is a great 2-bay dock.

Typical Orico EXCEPT this is a new generation of 'solid body' with a TEENY WEENY HDD LED that takes A MINUTE to display! I kept thinking the unit was DEAD. No. I had to put labels reading "VERY SLOW to start up. CONNECT, TURN ON, GO FOR COFFEE." But speeds are similar to our 3-4-5 year old Orico USB 3.12's.

I have connected and disconnected it from my pc and it still doesn't recognize it. I don't know if the device isn't compatible with drive although that shouldn't matter. Not happy with it.

This docking station was easy to install and did not require any additional drivers on my desktop computer. It made it very easy to transfer files between computers and allowed me to restore data from some old drives.

OK for the price. If it quits working check where the power plugs into the device. It can pull out partway and look like it is still connect.

This is a great little device. I used it on Windows10 and a 3.5hdd. Worked as soon as I plugged it in showing all the files and directories on the drive. I would recommend this even for a novice.

Works well and as fast as the old mechanical hard drives can read/write. I use the USB C port on the computer to get the best transfer speeds.

Nice product Plug and play the 3.5" hard drive from my old PC - just remains for me to transfer files to my new PC at my leisure - and I've gained 150 Gb of backup storage. Old PC safely retired without data.👍
