The 13th Gen i5 is nothing to shake a stick at.Packing a generous 8 performance cores and 6 e-cores for a total of 14 cores with a whopping 20 total threads, this CPU is not your grandfathers mid range processor. This thing packs a serious punch. Paired with a suitable 6000 mt/s ram kit and a high refresh rate monitor, the 13600(k) punches well above its weight class.I built my new PC after daily driving a 9th gen i5 for years. The difference between 9th and 13th gen is night and day. Mouse movements are instantaneous. Inputs are immediate. I have never experienced such buttery smooth computer performance in my life.MAKE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR BIOS AND DRIVERS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. To avoid any instability, make sure you update not only your drivers, but also your motherboard BIOS regularly. Early 13th gen Intel chips were notorious for issues with earlier drivers.

Going from an old 4790K to this thing is like going from a biplane to the Concorde jet! This processor will crush any game out there. My main game is Flight simulator and the price to performance boost is outstanding. My old 1080SC is now the bottleneck in my system but both of them together makes even flying a helicopter in downtown New York, on multi-player, on "high-end" settings smooth as butter and the processor just sits at 55-60c! Amazing! The final piece of my new build was 32gb of corsair vengeance and I couldn't be happier unless I won the lotto.If you just need a solid gaming chip and don't want to break the bank, run, don't walk, to get this in your system today.BTW, I built my system using an ASUS ROG STRIX mITX, in an nr200p case and the Mugen 5 rev C does a great job keeping it cool using MX-6 thermal paste. The best part? It all fits neatly on my desk in my room. If you were waiting to build a new computer, now is the time. A 13th gen processor, DDR5 ram, a decent video card and a few SSDs and you'll be all set for the rest of the decade.

Cpu arrived very well packaged and in good clean and working shape.

Used this for a new build. I wanted to wait for the new Arrow Lake CPUs but this was such a good deal, I didn't want to pass it up.I think Intel has already or will soon be releasing a fix to ensure the CPUs aren't being damaged due to 3rd party motherboards but I just manually verified the voltages are within the limits Intel specified and I've had no issues. I'm not trying to overclock or anything because it's plenty fast as is. Using it with AI apps such as Gigapixel and TONEX amplifier modeling software. I also play the occasional game and it's doing just fine at stock speeds along with an RTX 3060Ti.

É Intel né, só colocar e pronto. Lógico que você pode configurar algumas coisas para ter mais desempenho. Mas basicamente é só colocar que vai ter um ótimo desempenho. Sobre Durabilidade ou se vai ter algum problema, só o tempo pode mostrar.

Also thing runs like a top, runs cool paired with a NH-U9S. Might not be the best for any real hard workloads, but thing excels for what gaming CPUS take/need today

I've never been interested in gaming, so no need for a separate graphics card. This cpu includes a built in graphic processor which more than meets my needs. It's half the price of the Core i9 but almost as fast.Strongly recommended.
