shabby construction
The resistance of a single circuit fluctuates between 0.3 and 1.2 ohms as you turn the shaft - not a good sign. One of the screws holding on the "stop" bracket is stripped - also not a good sign. I'm returning it.

Allows full rotation about an axis while maintains electrical connections.
This appears to be just what I was looking for. I will be using this to make an Artificial Horizon (or Attitude Indicator) for a flight simulator instrument panel. I want the inner cage to rotate 360+ degrees (roll axis) and it will house a small stepper motor in the cage for the pitch axis. I will use this to run the wires for the stepper along with a small 2inch ball bearing turntable to handle the load.
