Added to the doors of My 2017 GMC SIERRA, cleaned with alcohol then used 3M primer, I did not cut to size, I just started to install then cut off when done this saves material and cuts down on waste

I've had a persistent 'air' leak in my truck. This has greatly helped the sounds.Easy install that is for sure. Just a matter of removing the stick cover and gently placing it where you want it to stick. I kept my original seal and just added this to the 'outside' of it. this way I have an extra wide seal.This seems to work for me.

Worked for what I used it for, packaging left a lot to be desired.

The product performs as anticipated, providing added weather protection against rain, water splashes, dust, and more. Moreover, it effectively mitigates internal car noise by dampening vibrations within the vehicle. In essence, it excels in vibration damping rather than soundproofing for my car. The only drawback I've encountered is that it occasionally develops kinks and doesn't expand into the expected shape in certain areas, likely due to its packaging.

It comes rolled up in spiral and packed kinda tight, so the adhesive tape had lots of pinches. I left it out in the sun for an hour or so while unpacked to let the adhesive uncurl.Used this to add another layer of weatherstripping to my tesla model y doors, but it wasn't thick enough to close the gap on the underside of my doors, only the vertical edges. As long as you wash, dry, and alcohol wipe the paint, the weatherstripping adhesive will attach nicely. No issues after a week use so far in hot/cold weather, but haven't had rain to test the seal. Good product so long as you prep properly.

Stripping does seam well made, but size is misleading in listing. Attached picture shows item with a penny. I will use this on a different project later due to size. I did cut piece off to test adhesive and it stuck really good.

Excellent. I'm using this at home in the frame of a uPVC window that really needs to be removed and reset so it sits correctly in the frame. We're already well into winter where I live, and below 0F most of the day, so rather than turning my apartment into a deep freeze by removing the window for a couple of hours I'm using this weather stripping to help seal the gap and keep out draughts.Given its shape I expected this stripping to be a little thicker than the stuff I already use on my other windows, but it's actually about the same size as the usual stripping you'll find on sale for home use. It's just a little more rigid thanks to the internal structure. I'm not sure if it does a better job of creating a seal in my window frame than regular weather stripping, but when it's below zero outside I can't feel any cold air creeping through the gaps, so I'm very happy with the performance.
