Good Product, it does the job intended. It do connect to my DoorBell and I can open it from anywhere.May be 2.4GHz can cause issues for WiFi Connectivities for some.

It makes your lock accessible over the internet. Which is handy sometimes.They claim that it works with Alexa and Google home. In reality, their software is buggy and does not work with either.When contacted support, they can only ask you to reset the gateway, reset the lock etc etc and waste your time. Pathetic customer service.

The initial setup was seamless, and the gateway provided a stable connection with my Qubo Lock.However, after approximately five months of use, I encountered a connectivity issue.Frustrated by this setback, I decided to reach out to the Qubo helpdesk to address the problem. To my pleasant surprise, the company's customer service team responded swiftly and efficiently.Upon registering my complaint, the company not only acknowledged the issue promptly but also took the initiative to replace the faulty device. The entire process, from reporting the problem to receiving the replacement, was remarkably quick and hassle-free. The new Qubo Wifi Gateway has since been working flawlessly, restoring the seamless connectivity I had initially experienced.I appreciate Qubo's commitment to customer satisfaction and their prompt resolution of the issue. excellent customer support have left me satisfied with the Qubo Wifi Gateway and the overall experience with the company.

It's not good, I have mesh network system coverage 4500sqft but still there is connectivity issue.It will get connected but every time you have to turn it off and on, which has not meaning.Support is also not good.
