This is my third kahi balm purchase. This is my first time buying the refillable tube. This tube is so nice and well-designed. It’s better than the original and it’s less wasteful. There’s a lot of product in this tube and I’m expecting it to last me about 3-4 months with applying twice a day. It’s very moisturizing when I use my prescription tretinoin (usually that dries me out so bad!) and it lasts for several hours on my skin, giving me that glass skin look. It’s very easy to apply. I just swipe it on and rub it in a little. The scent is very subtle but I’m addicted to it. It’s not super sticky, but if I stick my face on a cat after applying the balm, cat hairs will stick to my face. I have one little wrinkle on my forehead and I haven’t noticed any difference in it. I’ve been using this since June 2024 and it’s December 2024, but the moisturizing ability is what makes this a must-have for me.

Definitely not a replacement for lotion or facial moisturiser, but it works really well when you have chapped skin from wind or the cold. I keep it on me when I go snowboarding, and it keeps my skin from drying out or getting all flaky. I also like to use it on my cuticle and hands occasionally when I don't have lotion on me. It's not oily or sticky, nor does it feel like you've put lip balm on your face. The only problem I have with this is that the replaceable inner part pops out easily, but it's not much of a problem (just be careful when twisting).

I mainly use this for my lips and under eyes. This has come in handy when I forgot to bring lip balms to school. This is also useful for on-the-go or carrying light. I also really like how it's refillable because the container is really pretty. Highly recommend, you should try it.Update: I've been repurchasing the refills and it's still great. I slug every night and I swear I wake up with the most radiant skin. My skin hasnt looked this good since middle school lol.

I sat on this for months. Winter arrived & wow, this balm is great. I'm a bag balm girl, but it's not always convenient. This is great to whip out of your bag, rub any- & every- where you feel a little tight or crusty. No mess, not too greasy application. I tap it on my skin & dab it in with my fingers. I have very sensitive, normal, 44yo skin. There is practically no scent. It's wonderful on my face, eyes, lips, neck, ears ... 😉I love the packaging, it's refillable, ... but I've gone on long enough.I will buy it again.

I do think this helps soften wrinkles and feels nice on the skin. I really like that it is a refillable.

I've seen this used in countless k-dramas so I had to have it. (Talk about quality advertising) I'm not disappointed. I use it under my makeup, when I take off my makeup, as a chapstick, on my neck. Honestly, the uses are endless. I just wish it wasn't so greasy but it's highly moisturizing & my skin plumps up so nicely. I just rub it in and call it good. There is a tiny perfume taste when I use it on my lips but for what it does I can deal with it.
