i bought this for here and there use cuz charcoal is abrasive enough to remove stains but TOOO abrasive to use daily. good for like 2 times a week but more than that ur probably gonna get sensitive teeth (all charcoal toothpaste) it tasted good not too sweet and didn't burn i liked that abt it. well made product ultimately its up to u but id say get it

1. Whitening: maybe you do see a super small difference. Nothing to be wowed about it.2. Fluoride free: I consulted with my dentist. She explains it is personal choice but fluoride is specifically important to prevent cavities and tooth decay. She told me it is up to me but she told me it is best to use a normal toothpaste and then once every two days, to use this toothpaste.3. Sensitivity: I used it three days straight and I immediately got sensitivity. Back to my regular toothpaste and thankfully, no more pain.Thank you and hope it works for you.
