Mothersfriend body skin cream - 4 oz

There was product all over the box. It’s like the container wasn’t sealed properly before being mailed.I have used the cream it works well. It rubs in nicely over freshly washed skin (no weird white residue/ashy look; no oily transfer on clothing). I’ve used it everyday, after a shower and I have minimal stretch marks and my skin is really well hydrated. Would recommend the cream just not the shipping method.

There was a bit of dried up gunk on the outside of the bottle when it arrived. I was packaged in a nice box but even the inside of the box had a few bits on it. I was originally going to write a negative review just for that but when I opened the jar it was filled to the brim, so I couldn't really complain. Still a little gross to have to wipe off, but the lotion is very thick and has a great smell so overall satisfied and would repurchase.

So far I've loved this lotion. I made sure to do my research on products available for stretch marks and dry skin. I've used Palmers before and it worked okay for my dry skin but never helped me with existing stretch marks. I'm currently pregnant with my 1st and really wanted to try and prevent stretch marks as much as I could. I found great reviews on this lotion so I tried it out. I've so far used one tub of it and it's great! Smells amazing reminds me of roses. I'm not a fan of the coconut smell. It doesn't leave my skin oily or sweaty feeling like others do. It really moisturizes your skin all day. I have yet to get any stretch marks. My mother after having 2 kids is full of them. I'm currently waiting on my 2nd tub to arrive. I will most likely continue to use this lotion after pregnancy!

I have been using this product since I was 18 and pregnant! My mother met a 97 year old woman who claimed to have been using this product her whole life, even after having 7 children! She used it as a daily face cream...I can tell you this woman did not look anywhere near 97!! After gaining 80 pounds with my first child and then losing it all plus more, I have NO stretch marks on my tummy....however I should have used it on my thighs. Since then, I have used it DAILY on my face as well. The picture post shows my face at 22 and at 32! The 22 year old picture is from my modeling days but you can see in my untouched 32 year old picture that re-touching is NOT necessary!!

I really didn't expect to see a reason to give a review so quickly. I like the cream. I don't have stretch marks on my stomach, but I have always had on my buttocks, hips, inner thighs and my breasts. I use the cream on those areas and I haven't seen a difference. Stretch marks are still there. It says you can also use this product on your heels and elbows to make the areas softer. I use it on my heels and I haven't noticed a difference. I mix the use of the cream with a moisture barrier ointment to smooth my heels.Overall, I like it anyway. It keeps the area I put it on nice and smooth and it smells really nice too. Almost similar to a baby's smell.

I started using this once I found out I was pregnant.. I use it on my stomach & breast I was doing well with the cream unti I reached 6 months I started seeing the pregnancy stretch marks underneath my breast only & on the top side of my thighs . I was told these go away after pregnancy which I’m sure they do my sister had them and hers went away. But other than that I haven’t had any stretch marks on my stomach or top breast .

The perfect cream for when you are pregnant. I started using this cream when I was 4 months pregnant, and I combine it with cooking olive oil. I am now 9 months pregnant (37 weeks) and no stretch marks. Every time I go to the Dr., they always say, "oh wow, you don't have stretch marks". I am a naturally thin woman, so I was anticipating some stretch marks, but as of right now, none has come. I rub this lotion on my belly, chest area, neck, hips, and behind my knees (I have seen women with stretch marks behind their knees).

Came all intact.I used this with my pregnancies 10 & 12 years ago and had only a few stretch marks on my butt..I gained 100 with that pregnancy and 25 with the 2nd. I’m on #3 now and using it again.My husbands grandmother told me about it and swore by it. She used it with all 9 of her pregnancies and has no stretch marks.

I love this product . I have been using it on my belly and thighs for about a month and my skin is very smooth and supple . I am only 16 weeks pregnant and I plan to use it for the rest of my pregnancy . Hopefully I don’t get any stretch marks .
