this is really good quality monitor arm, it supported my 32 inch monitor really well

Liked the quality of the materials used, good paint finish, good packaging. The VASA mounting plate was not exactly accurate enough and for my monitor specifically, had to mount the plate to the arm first before fitting the monitor to the back plate because there was not enough space to slide the arm to the plate (maybe add spacers). The monitor was also not horizontal enough and to make it horizontal it took some time and effort. Overall a decent product. Wish the VASA mount section had a bit more QC done

BEWARE! Bad quality item can damage your costly monitorI have no idea why this piece of crap is getting even 2 star ratings. Maybe people are not aware of what a good mount is. This is rattling, unreliable and hard to adjust mount.1. when you move it from one position to another it changes rotation.2. there is no easy way to rotate or even set the rotation looseness.3. poor wire management4. just after few months of usage this crap is useless.My monitor is at risk of falling.

Rotates 360 , also has tilt , easy to use , don’t think of what others say it does rotate 360degree and even gas spring is nice , I bought this arm and it’s absolutely amazing maybe the other reviewers don’t know how to use it

I recently purchased a single monitor arm, hoping to improve my workspace ergonomics, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing due to the poor quality of the screws provided.Firstly, the screws seem extremely fragile and prone to stripping, even with standard tools and careful handling. This makes the assembly process frustrating and time-consuming. Despite following the instructions meticulously, I found the screws lacking durability, and a few even felt unstable after installation.Secondly, poor-quality screws compromise the overall reliability of the monitor arm. Over time, I’m concerned about their ability to securely hold the weight of the monitor, raising questions about the product's safety and longevity.For a product that promises stability and functionality, basic components like screws should meet quality standards. I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses this critical issue

It serves the purpose properly. However, the the monitor clam has a little play in it which may make you feel like the monitor is sagging. And since it can not be tightened with regular tools, you will have to tilt it up a bit for proper display.

I used these arms to hold a Dell P2419H & Dell P2725H. I have now moved on toLenovo L-Series L32p-30. The arms hold these Monitors well. Because of the monitors' weight, it is a little challenging to adjust the tilt of the monitors alone, but I don't think it will be difficult if one has support.
