I recently purchased this phone, and I am extremely dissatisfied with its quality and performance. From the moment I received it, I noticed the phone body was damaged, specifically open from the back. This immediately raised concerns about its durability and whether it was new or refurbished.Beyond the physical damage, the phone's performance is incredibly poor. It's very slow, consistently freezes and hangs unexpectedly, often in the middle of tasks. To make matters worse, some apps frequently crash or simply won't open, leaving me stuck and unable to use essential functions.Overall, this is a very poor quality and substandard phone. I would strongly advise against purchasing it.

I order this phone from amazon for my father who stay in india. It stopped working from 2nd months from purchase date. No redmi centre india accept to repair this and ask us to take it back to source we buying for. Did I got scammed on amazon? Did amazon sold me complete defective piece?
