It's have usb
Perfect for this money. I can connect by usb to see the status of battery

Good product
Works fine with my QNAP 473A NAS. The server can see the UPS and shows the battery charge level and estimated run time. Also, UPS sends shutdown commands to the NAS as expected.

Smells like burning plastic
Once plugged in the unit smells like burning plastic even with no load. The smell fills the room and hurt our eyes and we can even taste it in our mouths. I agree with the other reviewer that this is a step back from the very excellent first generation that this replaced. I had to return and request a refund.
