Reader's Digest and The Royals: A Jubilee Celebration of the British Royal Family

I bought this as a present and the person it was for said it didn't have anything new in it, that they had seen or read it all before, maybe this would be for someone not quite so into the royals, who has quite a few books already. It was a handy size approximately the same size as the Readers Digest magazine and the quality looked good.

Have read most of this beautiful book, which came yesterday morning - after a very quick dispatch - and I can't wait to finish it. I should really have finished it first, and THEN did the review, but I wanted to say that.....yes, people like me who are 'into' the Royals will know most of what is in this book. However...it doesn't matter. In my personal opinion, so much has been put together beautifully, lovely pictures showing the family on various occasions, in different situations and much has been brought back to memory as well as learning things new.(I do believe, in my own humble way, that this delightful reading material would be a wonderful gift for a loved one, or one could keep it for oneself....it is certainly recommended anyway) :-D
