Love this shampoo. Little girl hasn't had head lice since I started using it over a year ago. But I think its expensive for a shampoo.

My children were suddenly plagued with nits and head lice. They appeared from nowhere and caused over a year of utter misery. I tried everything lotions with chemicals, without chemicals, horrendously expensive combs, oils, shampoos, vinegar rinses... you name it i tried it. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this product other than researching that neem oil was a key eradicating ingredient. Since using this shampoo my children are completely nit and lice free and we keep using it because it moisturises their hair leaving it looking really lovely and shiny. The key is to use more than you think to work up a good lather and leave on for a good five minutes, for the oil to penetrate, then wash out with clean water and blow dry, no need to comb. I repeated this every other day for 7 days until I felt sure the last nit/lous had departed. Now, almost a year later we use twice a week as a preventative and for the moisturising benefits.

My daughters have been plagued nits and headlice for a while now and I have used every kind nit shampoos and lotions you can think off from the most expensive to the cheapest and this is the only thing that seems to work. I use it just like a normal shampoo in fact everyone in my house uses it and it makes the combing alot quicker too, the only downside is that it hasn't got the nicest of smell and it's not always in stock on here
