Required part for my DIY NAS
Worked great! Just what I needed to make power supply function without it being connected to a motherboard. Much better than "shorting" pins with paperclip or cutting plug to tie pins together.. Really liked that piece allowed for multiple connection options to signal power supply to turn on.

Defective
Second PSU would stay on with no input from main PSU, even if only the 24pin was connected, it's basically a fancy looking jumper cable.
