Study phone. Not afraid to drop this one.
So far so good. Feels well built. No problems.... We'll see what happens to the battery a year from now...

Great phone
Git this phone for my son. He loves it, the rugged look is cool and all the features on the back is intriguing. The battery just doesn't last long especially if he plays a few games a day. But other than that, impressed

Worst rugged phone there is
The phone was good nice screen size volume a bit low for max volume but I hate that it broke so easily after 1 week. I choose rugged phones for the beating they can take but this king Kong phone broke when it fell 8ft off my ladder and hit the floor. I'm going back to doogee at least their phones don't break this easily. I've dropped those phones from 20+ ft and they still worked no broken screens. I work on scissor-lifts so I need a rugged phone to take a beating, price was good it was light for a rugged phone.

The thought of this phone is great but in reality not the best
I liked the phone at first. It seemed promising. I thought I'd use the dule screen more. But honestly it just got in the way. And if you didn't want to answer a call, and you accidentally touch the back screen. It answers. Or hangs up. And I've had the phone for less then a year and the screen just created yesterday. And it only dropped from a short hight.

SMH...
I would've given the AX a "5" but it stopped charging! And now I'm having a tough time getting this thing fixed...

Great Rugged Phone, But Limited to some providers like T-Mobile Users
I recently purchased the CUBOT KingKong AX 2024 Rugged Phone, and while it’s a solid, sturdy device, I unfortunately had to return it. The phone itself feels durable and capable of withstanding harsh environments. However, a key drawback is that this phone only works with T-Mobile. I bought it for my father-in-law, who uses Spectrum, and we couldn’t get it to work with his carrier. For anyone on T-Mobile, this would be a great rugged option, but it’s a dealbreaker if you’re with a different provider.
