Be aware of dosage - A warning
As I said in the title you MUST be aware of proper doses. 50 Mg is too much for people who don’t have zinc deficiency. You should only be taking around 25 Mg a day otherwise you’ll have flu like symptoms. Wasn’t aware of this myself and took a whole pill for a few days and ended up with terrible stomach pain and vomiting. I eat the pills in the morning so I threw up almost nothing only the pill remains. With that being said now that I’m taking proper dosages (cutting into half or thirds depending on if I had a high zinc meal the previous day) the effects are great
