There is not much to say, the adapter worked perfectly and is good quality. Watched a youtube on how to remove the original insert that came with the dish, and install this one. Installation took less than 2 minutes including video time. We installed on an old pipe from a previous Dish satellite and this adapter fit fine. Last week, we had hurricane Helene come near us and absolutely no issues with the dish or alignment.

Trees and a very steep roof line limited my mounting options. Decided on a pole attached to a corner of our deck. Used a 10 foot 1 inch diameter piece of conduit piping. This bracket attached to the Starlink very securely and the 6 screws then very securely attached the bracket to my conduit. Excellent fit. As others have said, I did worry a bit that the screws may back out or loosen with time since they essentially are just squeezing together to hold the pipe and not actually bolting or attaching to anything. I used thread locker (red) liberally both in the threads and around where the screw tips hit the metal conduit. Seems very secure so far.

If your pole is less than 2 inches diameter this mount might not work well for you. Photo shows my mount with 2 inch diameter pole.Likes:Metal rather than plastic.Allows interior or exterior cable routing. Photo shows exterior.Could be better:The length of the pipe grip could be longer which would make the mount more secure.Dislikes:1) The inside top of the pipe grip is slanted at the angle of the antenna so basically your pole top rests on the low side which then wastes the grip length on the high side. Easy solution to this would be if the manufacturer added a plastic wedge piece inside. This would allow the pole to sit flat in the grip and would make the mount much more stable if the grip length were increased.2) Because of 1, when the bolts are tightened to secure the mount to the pole the antenna rotates slightly making orientation tricky. As noted above, if your pole is less than 2 inches diameter there will be a lot of mismatch and play and the mount might not be very secure.

No, it doesn’t come with instructions, but it’s pretty self-explanatory. I use the adapter amount for my GEN 3 Starlink and mounted it right on top of where my DISH used to be. I put red Loctite on everything that is threaded. Great product.
