I use these for my water bottle when exercising. They make the water taste a lot nicer and the do keep me hydrated a lot more than just water alone. They are great to take on the go to the gym or holiday and easy to use. Definitely are effective for me and the value pack is value for money.

These are really nice bursting with flavour. Has loads of vitamins too and really good for your health. It is a great value for money. And effective is class as it leaves you hydrated. I don't want to sound harsh but if you want to enjoy these, get strawberry or mixed flavour pack. As the others are not so nice flavoured and might end up being a waste of money as you might not drink it. It mixes extremely well and doesn't change the texture of water

Very salty you need plenty of water

Excellent product. Rehydration process starts in 20 mins and makes a significant improvement in condition within an hour. Suitable for vegetarians, gluten-free and no artificial sweeteners in it. The mango & passion fruit flavour is probably the best flavour of them all.I have provided these mixed in 500ml bottled water to over 40 people and all have experienced a positive outcome and provided good feedback. As a first responder, I would recommend keeping these in your medical kit.

I wish I found these sooner.Massive reduction of cramps.I used to suffer cramp all the time, but since taking one sachet a day, the cramps have 99% gone. The strawberry smell fantastic when you open the sachet, and taste as good as they smell.I pop one of these in a small bottle of water when I wake up, and drink the entire bottle straight away. If I am playing golf in the sun, I will take a bottle with a sachet already poured in, and drink it once I've finished the front 9 ready for the back 9.These really do make so much of a difference. Highly recommend these.I haven't tried the other flavours yet so I can't comment on their taste.

These are absolutely so delicious and really really WORK. I used to have them every morning when I was breastfeeding to hydrate in the morning. They have loads of salts in them very similar to dyoralite but a more premium product however I just can’t get over the price. It really is too expensive if you’re gonna have them every day so I use them as a treat. It’s a shame if it was a better price I would use them every day.

I do longer endurance rides on the bike and a bit of running too. I don't drink enough when I’m on the bike in particular, and often feel very tired and sore muscles. The powder in these sachets mixes well with water and tastes good. The texture of the water changes to a slightly thicker liquid, but it is still easy to drink. I’ve noticed that I feel better when I take one of these sachets when I get home. My legs feel less sore and I’m not reaching for a drink every 5 minutes. These are a good addition to my fitness routine.

Very good electrolytes. Dissolves quick and easy you can get cheaper but for convenience and quality sakes these are a great product and work well
