The taste not bad at all taste like a sweet tart ice been taking now for 3 weeks I do not feel a difference in energy I expected a boost and nothing, the dropper makes it not easy to use to take a full dosage you need to squeeze twice,I honestly can't say I would recommend. no effect and quality average
