Works well as a back up power source with marine batteries
We purchased this as a back up for our pellet stove during winter power outages.We have generator, but the idea of the generator running all night is not favorable.We initially hooked it up to 3 Marine deep cycle batteries and connected a portable 1500w air conditioner and while the batteries were only at 12.3v charge, it ran the air conditioner for almost 3 hours before the low voltage alarm came on. Which is far longer than I had thought it would have.We plan on adding more batteries to gain more time of use during power outages.The remote is great. We can mount the inverter under the front porch where the batteries are housed and be able to turn it on and off from inside the house.We ran (110v) romex wire from the inverter to a dedicated outlet in the house, so when the power goes out, we just have to switch the plug from the pellet stove from the house outlet to the inverter outlet. We did run it on a surge protector that has a "clean" side, just to be safe.For the price, we were concerned that this wouldn't work well, but no problems running anything we've connected to it so far.

Buy twice higher wattage than you planning to use
Love it.Bought for semi truck. Using to run fridge, coffee maker, microwave, tea pot, laser printer and rice cooker. All works great, even when plugged at same time.

This product arrived on time and in great shape. All materials needed for professional installation were included and everything works as expected. Would definitely purchase again.

I would not recommend this to anyone at all
After buying this device I connected it to my power panel (using a certified electrician). It took more power than it transmitted, ie; my fridge, and laptop takes less power than this device to run. It wouldn't work my power panel correctly as it would only run some of the outlets but not others even though my generator of the same wattage will. I would not recommend this to anyone at all. When I tried to contact the service dept. I received NO ANSWER AT ALL!

Look and features
Very good build quality and look aspect. I had to return this item due to 'Modified Sine Wave' output which didn't work with my devices. I replaced with EDECOA 3500W Pure Sine Wave inverter. Blue LCD display looks fantastic but worried of power consumption at idle time!
