I bought this to help me sleep. I believe it’s all an individual experience but this made me alert before bed it was so hard for me to fall asleep. Was crazy night but lesson learnt. I think the brand is a good brand tho based on the reaches i have done.

I ordered these because Huberman recommended them on his pod cast for sleep. I really didn't notice a difference. I tried two bottles but won't order again. They don't help me sleep.
