The product gave me terrible loosies for a month. I still stuck to it as I wanted to see if my stomach settles and because probiotics can give you loosies due to the increase in gut bacteria. It also makes you feel full after a small meal, dont know why. I think the product is terribly over priced and there are similar and better products in less fancy strip packaging available in medical shops. Even vitamin supplements are cheaply available in medical shops, but since all medical shops dont have them, people buy these expensive fancy packing supplements online. 1MG is a great place to get all supplements cheaper. I will be giving this up as it is also making me gassy.

This so called probiotic gave me so many allergic reactions to my hands/feet. I finally had to go to the doctor as the swelling would not subside even after not having it for a few days. The customer care is ridiculous - they call me and are like oh one of the strains in the product could cause an allergy as we can't possibly test every strain . Wow thanks for that information. Then they have the audacity to send me feedback form to fill stating that they have resolved the query successfully and to please fill feedback in the email. Who is going to compensate for the physical pain/discomfort inflicted apart from being compelled to take several tests by the doctor to find out the cause of the swelling .

Have used many probiotics till date. This one is average one not very good but it works.
