Setup was pretty straightforward, and so far, no issues with access or connectivity. Great budget lock! We have had a touchpad Quikset deadbolt for many years that finally gave out. I think 10+ years of my boys yanking on it was finally enough. It thought it was locked when it was unlocked and vice versa. It had a good run. Thank you for your service.I shopped around a bit and wanted something secure but simple, high tech but affordable...and this Eufy seemed to fit the bill. We used to have an automatic vacuum from Eufy and it worked like a champ. So I had some brand familiarity and comfort with Eufy.This was a super easy install. It doesn't come with a full instruction manual so you have to scan a QR code to get to it. No biggy. It was all super intuitive and everything worked as stated. I did have to chisel out the recess where the deadbolt itself sits in the side of the door. But that was no biggy. Five minutes with a hammer and chisel after making a new outline with a pencil.Wifi integration was a snap through the app and so far everything is great. I've got it integrated with my google home and it seems to be running perfectly. Thanks Eufy for another great product!

Easy to set-up, fit right in the existing deadbolt location.Not issue with set-up or with using with the app, connect right away to Amazon Alexa. Best feature to unlock even Alexa asks for a code so kids cannot open it from Alexa.Great functionality with Keypad. You can set multiple access code for different family members and will get notification who opened it.

Very good solid built product. So good to not have to worry about forgetting keys to get in the front door. Was extremely easy to install and connect ot wifi. After install you have the option of working lock with key, with Iphone, orwith number pad. Lot of features for the price. Highly recommended

If you are tired of your adhd husband leaving the front door unlocked when he leaves for work before the sun comes up, this will solve all your problems. I no longer wake up angry and ready to start an argument about him inviting robbers in the house while I sleep. I was able to set up auto lock for the hours I know that he would be leaving and arriving home. Features I love are that you can unlock it remotely from anywhere (great for letting house sitters in and out), you can set up codes for all members of the family so you know who unlocked the door and at what time, you can set up notifications for when it was unlocked (perfect for toddlers that want to run for the horizon as soon as you close the bathroom door). The only complaint I have is that the battery life is lacking. In 4 months we have had to change the batteries twice already and this thing takes a lot of batteries!

This system is a lot better than the other deadbolts I have tried in the past. Not too sophisticated so that my elderly parent can use it without any complication. I like the ability to assign multiple codes to others in the event they need access, at the same time the ability to monitor the history and when the deadbolt was accessed. It functions exactly as it should be and with a great deal during Prime Week, you can't beat it.
