Update:I bought this coffee maker last month and have used it every day, multiple times a day. I have used K cup pods successfully. (great value brand) I cannot testify about premium brands that usually are only usable in a Keurig machine. I have used ground coffee and tea leaves in the reusable basket. The tea has been both hot and iced. It has not failed me yet and it produces excellent tasting coffee and tea. I am particular.Getting to know your machine is trail and error no matter what brand it is. I have a Ninja sitting right beside it for when I choose to make a whole pot of coffee. It has only been used once or twice since I bought this one. I am updating the stars to 5 as I believe it is well worth it.================================Previously:Okay, I just got this coffee maker. Testing it out with water running through into a measuring cup comes out pretty close to accurate. It is only slightly above as the grounds would absorb some of the water.First cup of coffee is good. I also tested water over ice. The machine brews a bit slower as it should.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it actually brews out either 6 or 8 ounces of water. For iceed beverage, it should be half the amount programed.The problem would be an overflow if your cup is too small. I suggest to test with a 16 ounce measuring cup like I did so you know what to expect in your cup or mug. Otherwise, great little machine at an economical cost. I also made a 12 ounce cup of delicious iced tea by placing the tea in the grounds holder, using 6 to 7 ounces of ice, the brewing over ice at the 6 cup setting.Will report back later as to durability.

Love the different settings. Bought it for my mom for Christmas and she loves it and uses it everyday for her coffee. She makes 2 cups everyday and is holding up well. Ice coffee option along with the size options and whether it's a pod or ground coffee.

Just had my first cup of coffee with the new machine. I like being able to use my own ground coffee and the settings for cup size and strong coffee. Haven’t tried out the iced coffee yet.

I’ve had this coffee machine for a couple days now and so far I’ve loved it. However, it does give you more coffee than what you select, so be careful when choosing sizes and mugs. I tested it when I was running water through to clean it before my first use and 14 oz came out as 16 oz; 10 oz came out as just under 12 oz; and 8 oz came out at about 10 oz. So just keep that in mind when brewing. Other words as of now I’ve enjoyed having it, I prefer it over keurigs I’ve had in the past, it’s easier to clean between uses and I love having a tank instead of having to pour the amount of water I need for a single mug. The reason for the four starts is because I haven’t had it long, and I will likely update this review after a month or so.

I like everything about this coffee maker. The compact size, the fit, the finish, the way the solid door for the pods clicks affirmatively, and how quickly it makes a cup of coffee. My old clunky Keurig took much longer to heat up. By contrast, this machine is ready to go the minute you press the button to start the flow of coffee. I used a ThermoPen to measure the temp and it is around 165-167 degrees. Perfect. I read a few reviews that talked about how the coffeemaker "exploded," and I think I know the reason some people had trouble. You must make certain that the pin at the top of the pod door pierces the top of the pod--do that and you should not have any issues.

This is the most efficient, wonderful coffee maker I have owned in a long time, and I have owned many. I use it mostly for ground coffee and use the stronger button and the coffee is wonderful and hot. Most coffee makers the coffee is warm and then you have to put it in the microwave to get hot. It is very easy to clean the cup out that holds the coffee grounds. The last maker I owned, the Ninja, was a mess trying to clean out the grounds. This one is also quite where the Ninja sounded like a coffee grinder and the coffee was warm. I would highly recommend this maker and the price doesn't break the bank either.

I want to love this coffee maker. It is in my waiting room at work. Coffee is great and temperature is hot. Biggest issue is the size adjustment is not accurate and does not dispense the right amount. It has caused several messes. Also it does not stop dispensing after beep to indicate finished cup. Guess you get what you pay for. Next purchase I will go back to my Keurig and spend the extra.

I absolutely love it! I have always had a Keurig but I decided to give this a chance and I like it better. The brew time is fast, the auto shut off is great incase I accidentally leave it it on my way out the door. Build quality is great. The taste of coffee is great. The design is small and probably better for like a small apartment or something. The color is different then what it shows on the picture. Though it would go with my stainless steal kitchen supplies but when I got it…it didn’t so it looks awkward. But it works great.
