Why can't they make the original board, like this?
Bought second-hand, of course. More expensive than the rubbishy new versions, but bigger. Very nostalgic. We've had the French version and various others, but the original has a certain charm. I have no idea why the manufacturers don't realise this, but we are not surprised.Our version was complete and we play it every year, after Christmas, just like our ancestors.We are always four - five people, so it goes for about 2 hours. From my childhood, I remember that all fines could be put in the middle and the next person to land on 'No Parking' would get the money. This made the game last longer, but as you get to a certain age.......! PS The secret is to buy everything you can! :-)

On first pre Xmas inspection, it appears to be as expected. I am yet to check that all of the cards are there.My daughter will be thrilled with it. :).
