She also have it with her peppermint tea every night and it’s been working wonders. There is an electric whisk also provided with it.Love the clean ingredients and that it’s from wild caught fish unlike other shady brands which use bovine collagen from bovine byproducts. Been using it regularly for the last few weeks and already see and feel a difference in digestion and hair skin and nails. Of course, you need to use it for longer to get significant results. This is quite a nice kit for someone who's starting out with collagen and omega 3. It's not the most amazing quality but it's good enough, and this is reflected in the price which is very fair for the variety of what's included. It would make a thoughtful gift for someone who's interested in improving their skin and overall health.When I use this collagen I find that my digestion is a bit better than usual. I haven't noticed any difference with the omega 3 because I've been using a supplement for years so wouldn't notice a huge change straight away with different brands.

While this is a good starter set and well presented, I personally struggled with the ingredients of all this.My main problem was the fishiness, meaning the powder was just a complete no-go as it is so strong, smell and taste wise.I could only manage a week on the tabs as it all just messed with my stomach something terrible. And, it is a lot of stuff to take, so not overly easy to use.Overall, for me this just did not sit well.
