Lifesaver
Awesome A/C! Easy to install, quiet during sleep, and has a great variety of functions with the handy remote. Very satisfied that this summer will be a breeze especially in a cape cod type of house on the second floor.

Best AC unit!
Best little ac unit ever! We live in a camper and only have one ac. The one ac doesn’t help us during the summer so we got this unit and we love it. It does the job great and keeps it cool in there.

Hapy with this AC
Cools fast! We haven't had to use it much yet but it will surely serve us well when the heat hits! Installation was a little tricky but we finally got it in the window! It is a little louder than expected but still a worthy purchase.

Great little unit.
This little unit works really well. I have had half a dozen ac units over the years and this is smaller than the ones I have used but it get the room cold better than any others and it's not as loud either. I' am not paid to write this.

6,000 BTUs of Pure LiesI bought this unit thinking we were due for an upgrade—5,000 BTUs to 6,000, should’ve been an easy win. Nope. This isn’t an air conditioner. It’s a glorified noise machine that only sounds like something’s happening. It’s not. The temperature doesn’t drop.This unit blows room-temperature lies in your face.Bottom line? This unit doesn’t belong in anyone’s window—it belongs in the return bin. If you’re considering this thing, do yourself a favor and don’t. You’d get better results taping a popsicle to a box fan.

Good features, poor cooling.
I have a tiny bedroom with slope ceilings. This thing can barely keep the room cool. The settings are nice and it's not super loud. But it's only spring and it can barely keep my room cool at night. I have a feeling it won't do much in the summer. It's also annoying that it always defaults to automatic and eco mode when you turn it on. So you have to set it to your settings every time you turn it on.

Keeps you cool
Wear gloves when installing. Works great. Keeps my bedroom chill. Installing was easy, all you got to remember is to tilt it down towards outside so condensate water drains.
